Refund Policy

1. Full Refund — Before the Interview Begins
You are eligible for a full refund at any time before the first interview session has started. This applies to both direct purchases and gift purchases. For gift purchases, the interview is considered started once the recipient begins their first session.
2. After the Interview Begins
Once the interview process has begun, purchases are non-refundable. Each interview and novel involves significant AI processing costs that are incurred as soon as the conversations start. This policy is also shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Quality Concerns
If your finished novel has a significant quality problem — for example, missing content or a technical error in the delivered file — contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will regenerate the affected content or, where regeneration is not possible, offer an appropriate remedy at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@yiyagi.com from the email address on your account, including your order date and the product purchased. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
5. Gift Purchases
If a gift recipient has not accepted their invitation and no interview session has started, the purchaser may request a full refund. Expired invitations (not accepted within 30 days) remain refundable on request.
